The mean is the average, so add up all the amounts and divide result by the number of students:
mean=169/10
mean=16.9

To find the median, list all the numbers from lowest to highest, and pick the number in the middle. If it is an even number of numbers, divide the two middle numbers by 2:
10,12,12,12,15,18,20,22,23,25
Note you have an even number of students, so take the average of the 2 numbers in the middle of the list:
median=(15+18)/2
median=16.5
