There is no other way to solve this that I know.  The roots of your original equation are exactly as you stated, 0 and *[tex \LARGE \frac{1}{5}] -- substitute both of them and see.

If 0 and *[tex \LARGE \frac{1}{5}] do not exist in the choices they gave, then someone made an error and gave the wrong set of choices for this problem.

Of course, if one of the choices is 0 and 0.2, then you need to recall that *[tex \LARGE \frac{1}{5} = 0.2]
