In order to find a certaing percentage of a number do the following:

Turn the percentage into a decimal(e.g. 20% = .20)

Then you multiply the decimal by the number (e.g. .20 x 100)

Then you have the answer- .20 x 100 = 20  so 20% of 100 is 20.

11% = .11
.11 x 650 = 71.5
So 11%of 650 is 71.5
