Two longest sides are each 3x meters long.
Each of the two remainding sides is x+8 meters long.

EQUATION:
x + 3x + 3x + x+8 + x+8 = 79
9x + 16 = 79
9x = 83
x = 83/9 meters
3x = 83/3 meters
x+8 = 155/9 meters
