You can put this solution on YOUR website!
To divide, you subtract the corresponding exponents

For x: -3 - 2 = -5

For y: 2 - (-4) = 2 + 4 = 6

So x^-3y^2 divided by x^2y^-4 turns into x^(-5)y^6

Then that turns into %28y%5E6%29%2F%28x%5E5%29 after you make the exponents positive.
