if for the last 6 days man alone does the work then it is completed in 26 days,

 how long will the boy takes to complete the work?

Let x and y represent one's day work by the man and boy respectively

Question states***

  or y = 1/24-x

     , x = 1/32   

 and  would take the boy 96 days alone
