(8x^6z^4)/(4x^2z)+(4x^4z)/(4x^2z)

(8/4)x^(6-2)z^(4-1)+(4/4)x^(4-2)z^(1-1)

2x^4z^3+x^2z^0

2x^4z^3+x^2

So the quotient is 2x^4z^3+x^2
