f(x)= x(2-x)(x+3)^2

0= x(2-x)(x+3)^2

x(2-x)(x+3)^2 = 0

x=0 or 2-x = 0 or (x+3)^2 = 0

x=0 or x = 2 or x = -3


The first two zeros are of multiplicity 1 and the last zero is of multiplicity 2.
