If someone does something for 120 minutes, they are also doing it for 2 hours. If he jogs for 2 hours at 4.5 mph, he must have traveled 9 miles. If he goes 9 miles at 5 mph, then it takes him 9/5 hours, or 1.8 hours. 1.8 hours times 60 minutes is your answer in minutes.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! If he jogged 2 hours at 4.5 miles per hour, he jogged 2 * 4.5 = 9 miles. Use the formula distance = rate * time (d=rt) again to find the new time with the new rate for the same distance. He would have run 9miles/5mph = 1.8 hours.
