Form: y = mx+b; solve for "b":
2 = (2/5)(-5) + b
---
2 = -2 + b
b = 4
----
Equation:
y = (2/5)x + 4
----
Multiply thru by 5 to get:
5y = 2x+20
---
Standard Form
2x - 5y = -20
