2x+3y=-6
..
add -2x
2x-2x+3y=-6-2x
3y=-2x-6
/3
y= -2/3*x-6/2
y=(-2/3)*x-3
compare with y = mx +b
(-2/3) is the slope m
y intercept =-3
the line intersects the y axis at -3
...
