You can put this solution on YOUR website! a.)the area fora circle is (1/2)(l)(w)
(1/2)(l)(w)=32
(1/2)x^2=32 the sides are equal
x^2=64
x = 8 or -8 a side cannot be negative so the sides are 8 inches while the
hypontenuse is (8192)^(1/2) which is about 90.5 inches
b.)((parallel + parallel)/2)h = area of trapezoid
((parallel + parallel)/2)h = 50
depends on what you want the length of the parallel lines
let us say that the top parallel line is 30 and the bottom parallel line is 20
(((20)+(30))/2)h = 50
(25)h = 50
h = 2
