Are you trying to graph this? If so, then simply plot an open circle at x=3 and shade everything to the right like so:

x>3 means all numbers greater than 3 can be a solution, the solution set looks like [3,∞)
the graph would show a vertical dotted line through +3 and all area to the right of that line will be shaded.
the reason for a dotted line instead of a solid line is because x cant equal 3, but x can be a number like 3.00000000000000000000001. a solid line signifys that that number the line goes thru is a possible solution.
