Draw a circle with center at Z(5,2) and perimeter passing thru W which has
coordinates (1,7).

Draw a radius from Z to W.
Draw a tangent at (1,7) that is perpendicular to ZW.

The slope of ZW is (7-5)/(1-5) = 2/-4 = -1/2

Then the slope of CD must be 2 since it is perpendicular to ZW
