0.4x+7<1.2x-4
Add 4 to both sides:
0.4x + 11 < 1.2x
Multipl thru by 10 to get:
4x + 110 < 12x
Subtract 4x from both sides:
8x > 110
x > 55/4
x > 13 3/4
