You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Hi,
\r
\n" ); document.write( "\n" ); document.write( "Yes there are various pieces of software out there for setting out equations and scientific text. The three that come to mind are:
\r
\n" ); document.write( "\n" ); document.write( "1) Equation editors (Come with office suites such as Microsoft Office)

\n" ); document.write( "2) MathML (An extension to HTML that allows you to write equations and have them rendered reasonably well)

\n" ); document.write( "3) TeX/LaTeX (My personal favourite - this is a typesetter, you use it instead of a wordprocessor and it is much better in so many ways. For a start it's free! However, it is pretty hard to use)
\r
\n" ); document.write( "\n" ); document.write( "Hopefully the names should give you a good start and you can go googling. If you want to see what something written in LaTeX can do, then write back and I'll do you a quick example.
\r
\n" ); document.write( "\n" ); document.write( "Hope that helps

\n" ); document.write( "Kev
