You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Remember: W= white eggs; B= brown eggs
1st condtn.
3W+2B=13 grams
2nd condtn.
5W+4B=24grams
In 1st condtn. we get B=(13-3W)/2 and substitute in 2nd condition:
Continuing,
5W+cross(4)2(13-3W)/cross(2)=24
5W+26-6W=24
26-24=6W-5W ------------> W=2grams,
and in condtn 1: ----------> (3*2)+2B=13grams ---> B=3.5grams
To check, we pick condtn 2 this time:
(5*2) + (4*3.5) = 24grams
10+14=24grams
24grams=24grams, cool!
Thank you,
