Answer by wilft1(217) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
F = (9/5 x C) + 32
c is given to us, so just substitute for the number and solve
F = (9/5 x 20) + 32 (9/5 x 20 is the same as 20 times 9 divided by 5)
F = 36 + 32
F = 68 degrees
