This is the problem: Use unit multipliers to convert 16,000 inches to miles.
We may not know how many inches are in a mile, but we know that there are 12 in in 1 ft. Therefore .
We also should know that there is 5280 ft in 1 mi. Therefore




16,000 in.= .2525...mi

1600 inches=1600/12=133 feet 4 inches or 133.333 feet
133.33 feet=133.333/5280=.0252525 miles
