3 tbs for 4, how many for 6?

Answer by nerdybill(7384)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Apply ratios:
1/4 tsp for 4 how many for 6?
(1/4)/4 = x/6
multiplying both sides by 4:
1/4 = 4x/6
cross multiplying
16x = 6
x = 6/16
x = 3/8 tsp
.
3 tbs for 4, how many for 6?
3/4 = x/6
cross multiplying
4x = 18
x = 18/4
x = 9/2
x = 4 and 1/2 tbs
