You can put this solution on YOUR website!
First I would change the rate of 5.9 mi/hr to feet per minute. To do this multiply by 5280 feet per mile, and divide by 60 to change the hours to minutes.

Rate = 5.9 * 5280/60= 519.2 feet per minute.

Now, the distance to be run is 4.75x10^4 =47500 feet.

Use the formula d=rt to solve for t, t=d%2Fr.
t=+47500%2F519.2=+91.48 minutes, or 1 hour and 31.48 minutes.

Add this to the starting time of 11:15 a.m., and you get
11:15+ 1:31 = 12:46 p.m. approximately.
