Answer by addingup(3677) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Total: 20L
Final concentration: 0.18
One: 0.30, let the quantity be x
The other: 0.10 and the quantity is 20-x
-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.
0.30x+0.10(20-x) = 0.18(20)
0.30x+2-0.10x = 3.6
0.20x = 1.6
x = 8 you need 8L of the 30% and 20-8= 12L of the 10%
