Draw a line starting at the Origin length 30 at 35 degs from vertical.
At the end of this line, draw a line length 5 115 degs CW from vertical.

The result is the line from the Origin to the end of the 5 mi/hr line.
The included angle between the 2 lines is 80 degs.

c^2 = 30^2 + 5^2 - 2*30*5*cos(80)
