Let them meet after a time 't' hours.
Distance covered by one person=speed*time=30t
Distance covered by second person=speed*time=40t
We have 30t+40t=950
70t=950
t=95/7=13.57 hours=13 hours 34.2 minutes
They meet after 13.57 hours.
