Alex time = 215/x hrs

Mark time = 240/(x+10) hrs

215/x = 240/(x+10)
43/x = 48/(x+10)

43(x+10) = 48x
43x + 430 = 48x
5x = 430
x = 86 mph
x+10 = 96 mph
