Woman DATA:
rate = 45 mph ; time = 1.5+3 = 4.5 hrs ; dist = 4.5*45 = 202.5 miles

man DATA:
rate = x mph ; distance = 202.5 miles ; time = 3 hrs.

x = 202.5/3 = 67.5 mph (man's rate)
