x = speed of slow car (kph)
y = speed of fast car (kph)
y = x + 14
---
s = d/t
t = d/s

speed of cars relative to each other:
s = x + y
s = x + x + 14
s = 2x + 14
---
s = 600/3
---
equate s's:
2x + 14 = 600/3
2x = 600/3 - 14
x = (600/3 - 14)/2
(600/3 - 14)/2
