Let r be the car's speed.

___________________speeds_________time_________distance
BIKE________________20____________t_____________30
CAR__________________r___________t-1/4__________30

Be sure you understand the data table. Expect that because the car should be moving faster than the bicycle. The car needs quarter of an hour LESS time than the bicycle because the car travels faster.

You will first use the BIKE data to solve for t.
Then use the solution for t to solve for r.
