if you started at 75 miles per hour and you ended at 75 miles per hour and you didn't stop in between it would take 185 / 75 = 2.467 hours which is roughly 2 hours and 28 minutes.

that does not include the time it takes for you to get up to 75 miles per hour and it does not include the time it takes for you to get down from 75 miles per hour.

you need to add those times to both ends to get the door to door time.

If you average 75 mph, then you will take 185 mi/75 mph = 2.4666... hours.

Also 75 mph on US 93 is pretty fast...if you take I-17/I-40 it'll be a bit longer. (I'm from AZ :)
