The height, in meters, of a ball thrown upward upwards is given by h=50t - 5t^2, where t is in seconds. Determine how high the ball goes when it reaches its maximum height, and how long the ball is in the air
--------
The max ht is the vertex of the parabola, at
t = -b/2a
t = -50/-10 = 5 seconds
h(5) = 50*5 - 5*5^2 = 125
--------
It takes 5 seconds to max ht, then 5 seconds to fall.
--> in the air 10 seconds
