distance = 384 ; rate = x mph ; time = d/r = 384/x hrs

distance = 360 ; rate = x-3 ; time = d/r = 360/(x-3) hrs

Equation:
time = time
384/x = 360/(x-3)
384x - 384*3 = 360x
24x = 384*3
