That depends upon how many hours constitutes a day. You wouldn't really want to milk a cow for 24 hours. That poor animal!
Let's assume, for the sake of the question, that you don't care about the animal's welfare. She produces 20 quarts, or 40 pints, per day. Divide 40 pints by 24 hours to get 1 pints per hour.
