Question 901848: A truck and a car leave the same intersection traveling in the same direction. The truck is traveling at 35 mph, and the car is traveling at 45 mph. In how many minutes will they be 6 miles apart?
I used d= rt
I set it up as 45t-35t= 6
I get 6 over 10 and the answer is 36 minutes.

6/10=3/5 is hours
36 is minutes
6/10*60=6*6=36
