Find the distance around the perimeter
Change 1 min 20 sec to 80 sec, there are 3600 sec in 1 hr.
Change 39.6 km to 39600 meters
dist = time * speed
* 39600 = 880 meters around the square
therefore
880/4 = 220 m = 1 side of the square
Area = 220^2 = 48,400 sq/m
