Answer by edjones(8007)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
s=m/hr, t=hrs., d=m, b=bilal, h=hashim, m=miles
st=d
in 1 hr b goes 30 m.
10t=30m
t=3hr
1+3=4hr time it take b to go back and forth between X and Y if the distance between them is 30 miles.
.
For h, since his speed is the same in both directions, the total distance he travels is 60m.
20t=60
t=3 hr
h wins the race in 3/4 the time of b.
