To determine how many minutes it will take to complete one lap, you want to find the the average time it takes the cyclist to complete one lap -- his average number of minutes/lap. Thus, you can simply divide the number of total minutes he biked by the number of laps he did in that time:

Therefore, it will take him 0.6 minutes, or 36 seconds (since 0.6 minutes * 60 minutes/second = 36 seconds) to complete a lap.
