32-x=distance judy traveled
travel time=distance/speed (same for both)

8x=5(32-x)=160-5x
13x=160
x=160/13
travel time(for alex)=x/5=(160/13)/5≈2.46 hr
travel time(for judy)=(32-x)/8=(32-(160/13))/8≈2.46 hr
