Question 876834: Jake and Jerry went on a camping trip with their motorcycles. One day Jerry left camp on his motorcycle to go to the local village. 10 minutes later Jake decided to go too. If Jerry was travelling at 30 kmph and jake travelled at 35 kmph, how long was it before Jake caught up with jerry?
I tried doing this: but there are those "10 minutes" that stopped me. I could do this question if it was in hours.

Answer by josgarithmetic(39620)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
60 minutes = 1 hour;
1 minute = hour.

You can do the exercise either in minutes or in hours. Just make the proper conversions.
