Question 870588: If a plane flies 325 km in 30 minutes. What is the speed of the plane?
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
30 min = 1/2 hr = 0.5 hour
-------------------------------------------------------
D = r*t
325 = r*0.5
325/0.5 = r
650 = r
r = 650
The speed of the plane is 650 km/hr
