Question 86925: A car traveling 88km/h is passed by another car going in the same direction at a constant speed. After 30 seconds the two cars are 600 meters apart. Find the speed of the second car.
Answer by scott8148(6628) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
the passing car is going 600m/30sec faster than the first car ... 600/30=20
(20m/sec)*(60sec/min)*(60min/hr)=72000m/hr ... or 72km/hr ... 88+72=160 (really fast)
