Question 854343: Two persons start running simultaneously around a circular track of length 400 m from the same point at speeds of 15 kmph and 25 kmph. When will they meet for the first time anywhere on the track if they are moving in the opposite direction? I have tried it a lot but don't get it. So please help me to solve it with explanation.

They meet the first time when the sum of their distances is the track perimeter.
Let t = time for first meet, hours
the extra factor is to put meters into kilometers.
