I corrected your problem to what I think you must have meant.



      th of an hour.  

th of an hour is changed to minutes by multiplying it by 60

   which reduces to  minutes.

But we need to change that to seconds

th of a minute is changed to seconds by multiplying it by 60

   which reduces to  seconds or  seconds.
