Hint: 60 miles an hour is one mile a minute.
1/4 mile in 55 seconds is about a mile in 4 minutes. So it will be roughly 60/4=15 mph
r*t=d
r*55/(60*60)=.25
(11 r)/720 = 0.25
r = 16.3636 mph
