Question 841297: Two trains are travelling in opposite direction on a parallel track, one is from A to B and another from B to A. The distance from A to B is 3000 miles and the speed of the train which is traveling from A to B is 80 miles/h and that of other is 90 miles/h.when they meet each other which train will be closer to the point A?

Since they both meet then they are both the same distance from A (and from B, for that matter).
