I would normally run around 23.76 seconds for a 200m so I want to work out how fast I actually ran. Answer by Alan3354(69443) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! If you run 200m in a 4mph headwind in 25.29 seconds, what time would you run if there was no headwind?
I would normally run around 23.76 seconds for a 200m so I want to work out how fast I actually ran.

There's no simple relationship between wind speed and running speed.
Drag is a function of the square of the relative wind speed and the equivalent flat plate area of the body.
A small up or down grade is much more signigicant than wind.
If you have a flat area, you can run upwind and d/wind and find the average, but then fatigue will likely have a larger effect than wind.
