Distance = Speed * Time
38mins = 0.63 of an hour
Distance = 55kph * 0.63hrs
Distance = 34.83km
....car......
Speed = Distance/time
30mins = 0.5hours
Speed = 34.83/0.5
Speed = 69.6kph.
