Question 808616: if the train from a reaches b (210 km away) in 2 hours and 20 minutes.how much longer will it take to reach c,another 360 km farther?
Answer by Cromlix(4381) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Speed = Distance/Time
2 hours 20 min. = 2.3 hours
Speed = 210/2.3
Speed = 91.3 km/hr
Time = Distance/Speed
Time = 360 km/91.3 km/hr
Time = 3.94 hours
Time = 3 hours 57 min.
Hope this helps.
