Question 795546: an airplane flew 1530 km in 2.5 hours against a head wind blowing 50 km per hour. how fast could the plane fly in still air?
Answer by Cromlix(4381) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Distance/Time = Speed
1530/2.5 = 612 kmph
Aircraft speed + wind speed
612 + 50 = 662 kmph
This how fast the aeroplane can
fly in still air.
Hope this helps.
