You can put this solution on YOUR website! The formula says that the cost is 50 even if you travel 0 km, so that must be the fee for hiring the car, regardless of distance traveled.
The formula multiplies the number of kilometers traveled times 0.8 (you wrote 08, without a decimal point, but I assume you meant 0.8). That would mean that thy charge 0.8 per kilometer traveled.
If it is 0.8, the statement, in words would be:
"The cost of hiring a car is 50 plus 0.8 per kilometer traveled."
