1st bike DATA:
rate = 10 km/hr ; distance = x km ; time = d/r = x/10 hrs

2nd bike DATA:
rate = 10 km/hr ; distance = 20-x km ; time = (20-x)/10 hrs

Equation:
x/10 = (20-x)/10
x = 20-x
2x = 20
x = 10 km
